Terms and Conditions – PPTWA Pet Festival Event

General

Welcome to PPTWA Pet Festival (Pets & Pet Products Traders Welfare Association (PPTWA))! We’re thrilled to have you and your furry friends join us for our events. Please take a moment to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or attending any Pet Fed event.

Ticket Eligibility & Usage

Tickets are required for all human attendees aged 4 years and above.
No tickets are required for pets. Pets of all ages are welcome, subject to health and behavior guidelines.
Tickets, once booked, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming.
Tickets are transferable among friends and family. The ticket holder must present the ticket screenshot or Mail confirmation.

Ticket Fees & Charges

An internet handling fee may be applied to your ticket purchase. Please verify the total amount payable before completing your transaction.

Entry & Re-entry

Re-entry is permitted only if the ticket holder is wearing the entry wristband or pass provided at the event.

Pet Health & Safety

For the well-being of all pets and attendees, pets exhibiting illness or chronic health conditions will not be allowed entry.
Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including but not limited to Kennel Cough and Canine Parvovirus, and must be free from ticks, fleas, or other parasites.
Aggressive or unfriendly pets must be kept on a short leash (dogs) or in a secure crate (cats) at all times during the event.

Attendee Responsibility

Attendees are responsible for the behavior and safety of their pets and accompanying individuals. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and socialized to enjoy the event safely.

PPTWA Pet Festival (Pets & Pet Products Traders Welfare Association (PPTWA)! management will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings or pets during the event, including incidents arising from negligence.

Code of Conduct

We request all attendees to respect fellow guests, staff, and the event environment to help maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Changes & Cancellations

PPTWA Pet Festival (Pets & Pet Products Traders Welfare Association (PPTWA)! reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or activities as necessary for safety or operational reasons. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified accordingly.
By purchasing a ticket and attending a Pet Fed event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Thank you for helping us create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for pets and their families!

Photography and Media

  • Cameras and photography are permitted inside the venue.
  • By attending the event, all participants grant the organizers permission to use photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes.

Vendor and Exhibitor Policy

  • Exhibitors and vendors must comply with booth setup instructions, safety standards, and operational guidelines provided by the organizers.
  • Selling, promoting, or distributing products without prior written approval from PPTWA is strictly prohibited.
