All ticket purchases on the PPTWA Pet Festival 2026 (“Event”) organized by the Pets & Pet Products Traders Welfare Association (PPTWA) website are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a booking is confirmed.As we operate purely as an event-based platform, there are no physical products involved and hence no return or shipping logistics. We encourage all customers to review event details, venue, date, and ticket type before completing the purchase.
Ticketing
Tickets must be purchased online through the official PPTWA website or authorized partners only.
A valid payment receipt sent by email after successful booking serves as proof of entry.
One ticket is required per person.
For pet owners: One Pet Entry Ticket allows entry for the registered pet and two pet parents free of charge.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Entry will not be allowed without a valid payment receipt or ticket confirmation.
Event Cancellation by PPTWA (Pets & Pet Products Traders Welfare Association):
PPTWA reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the event due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather, government regulations, or safety issues.
In the rare case of an event being cancelled or rescheduled by PPTWA, we will reach out to all affected customers with next steps, which may include an option to transfer to a future event.
