1. Members must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the PPTWA.
2. Attendance at all association meetings is mandatory. If unable to attend, members must inform the designated person in advance.
3. Members seeking re-admission must provide a valid reason for leaving. The management will review and approve the request, and confirmation through signing off is required for readmission.
4. Rejoining will be considered as a fresh membership. The joining date will be updated accordingly, and previous member benefits will not apply. Only candidates who have completed three years of membership in the association are eligible to contest elections.
5. A candidate cannot contest for the same position in the election for three consecutive years.
6. An annual membership fee of ₹1200 will be collected.
7. If the renewal subscription is not paid within 45 days, necessary action will be taken by PPTWA, and the decision made by the Board Members will be final.
