These Terms and Conditions govern participation in and attendance at the PPTWA Pet Festival 2026 (“Event”) organized by the Pets & Pet Products Traders Welfare Association (PPTWA).
We do not ship any physical products
All our offerings are in the form of event tickets
By purchasing a ticket or entering the event venue, all visitors, participants, and exhibitors agree to comply with these terms and any additional event rules communicated by the organizers.
Once you complete the payment mode, after that the which are delivered digitally via email immediately upon successful purchase.
Ticket Delivery:
Your ticket(s) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive your ticket(s) within 30 minutes of booking, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us at mail2pptwa@gmail.com, and we’ll resend your ticket.
Returns:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on ticket purchases. All sales are final. However, tickets can be transferred to a friend or family member if you’re unable to attend.
